An introduction to pole tricks and transitions. Learn the foundations of pole to help build up strength, confidence, and skills needed to master the art. This class is geared to those brand new to pole dance and those who are still working on perfecting the basics techniques and skills of pole.

Cancellation Policy

6 hour cancellation window for all classes or class session will be forfeited. 24 hour cancellation window for all rentals and privates or deposit is forfeited. Open pole sessions are forfeited if cancelled/ no show.
