Service Description
Take your training to the next level with this stretching class. This class is designed to improve your pole performance through targeted exercises that build strength, increase flexibility, and boost endurance. Through a blend of active and passive stretching, you'll release tight muscles, enhance body awareness, and build greater mobility, all while minimizing the risk of injury. Whether your goal is to have your splits or enhance your backbend, this class will give you all the tools necessary to integrate your flexibility practice into your pole work! Bring a mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap, and water if possible.

Cancellation Policy
6 hour cancellation window for all classes or class session will be forfeited. 24 hour cancellation window for all rentals and privates or deposit is forfeited. Open pole sessions are forfeited if cancelled/ no show.
